RMHOA is guided by a Board of Directors with the help of homeowners and various committees. RMHOA has one annual meeting held during March. Review of the following year’s approved budget, voting for new board members, and any other pertinent topics will be on the agenda.

A RMHOA board meeting is held once monthly at a regular time chosen by the Board Members. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings to keep informed or bring subjects to the board for discussion.

Each Board Member serves a two year voluntary term.

 

Homeowner comments and or questions should be directed to Patsy Weis, Property Manager (925) 934-2700. Patsy will act as board liaison to ensure prompt attention is given to your issue and will respond with the board’s decision once made.

Upcoming Events

  • RMST Swim Team Open House, Sun Mar 25th 1-3

    On Sun., 3/25 from 1-3 pm the Rudgear Meadows Swim team is holding a RMST Open House at the pool. free bounce house, ice cream, raffle and reduced registration fees.

  • 2012 Annual Meeting

    All Rudgear Meadows Homeowner’s Association members are encouraged to attend our annual meeting which is scheduled for Tues., March __, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at the Walnut Heights Elementary School Multipurpose Room.
