All Rudgear Meadows Homeowner’s Association members are encouraged to attend our annual meeting which is scheduled for Tues., March __, 2012 @ 7:30 pm (Walnut Heights Elementary School Multipurpose Room).

On January 18, 2007, RMHOA bylaws were adopted in order to eliminate confusing or conflicting provisions pertaining to voting and election rules. This issue arose due to a new law effecting homeowner associations which became effective July 1, 2006.

Highlights of the law and resulting changes to our bylaws included prohibiting proxies, removing cumulative voting, reducing the quorum requirements and replacing the written ballot with the new “secret ballot” method which was created by the new law.

    On Sun., 3/25 from 1-3 pm the Rudgear Meadows Swim team is holding a RMST Open House at the pool. free bounce house, ice cream, raffle and reduced registration fees.
